Short version

This website collects what you type into one form, and uses it to reply to you. That is the whole of it.

What you send us

Your name, your email address and your message. If you leave any of them out, the form simply will not send.

Log files

The hosting provider records requests to the server, including the IP address they came from. Those records are used for security and for finding faults.

Who processes it

The hosting provider processes the data on our behalf to run this website and deliver email. No other company receives it, and it is never sold.

Retention

Messages are kept while they are useful and for a reasonable period afterwards. Log entries are removed on a rolling basis.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will answer.

Revisions

When this notice changes, the new version is published on this page.
